Raffle tickets are $10 each, 3 for $20. This raffle is open to any person.
Tickets may be purchased by contacting a member of the team, emailing ipad@stoningtoncrew.org, or calling: 860 599-6035.
Tickets may also be purchased, in person, at the Erg Challenge/ThROWdown 3/26/12 at the Mystic, CT YMCA (map), and the SHS Crew Pancake Breakfast on 3/18/12 at the Stonington COMO (map).

The Fine Print
The Prize: One new Apple iPad 2 Wi-Fi, 32gb, black. Purchased new from the Providence, RI Apple Store on March 12th, 2012. Retail value: $599.00.
Tickets: Raffle tickets are $10.00 each and three for $20.00. A minimum of 100 tickets must be sold. They may be purchased rom any member of the Stonington High School Crew team (SHS Crew), their coaches, and parents. They may also be purchased by contacting members of the board of the Friends of Stonington Crew (FOSC). Contact information for board members and coaches may be found on the SHS Crew website Contact page (http://www.stoningtoncrew.org/contacts.shtml). Anyone may purchase tickets and there is no limit to the number of tickets that can be purchased.
The Drawing: if the minimum number of tickets have been sold, the winning ticket will be drawn 3/18/2012 at approximately 10:30a.m. during the SHS Crew Pancake Breakfast at the Stonington CT Community Center (COMO) from all the tickets purchased. It is not necessary to be present to win. If the minimum number of tickets have not been sold as of 10a.m. 3/18/2012, FOSC reserve the right to extend the raffle until the minimum has been reached.
Winning: the original purchased ticket must be presented to win. If the potential winner cannot provide the original ticket to the board of FOSC within one month (30 days) of notification, then an alternate ticket will be drawn from the remaining tickets.
Notification: if the winner is not present at the drawing the winner will be notified by telephone, and registered US Mail, within one week (7 days) of the drawing. The winner's name, only, will be posted on the SHS Crew website, http://www.stoningtoncrew.org/ipad the afternoon of the drawing date.
Substitution: the prize is an Apple iPad 2 Wi-Fi, 32gb, black, or an iPad of equal, or greater value and specification, whichever is available from store stock on March 12, 2012 at the Apple Store, Providence, RI. FOSC reserves the right to substitute an iPad of equal or greater value.
There is not a cash substitution option for the winner.
Odds of Winning: the minimum odds of winning the Apple iPad 2 32gb is 1 in 100.
Taxes: any taxes that may be due on the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
Warrantee: FOSC makes no warrantee on the iPad. The iPad will be covered by Apple Inc's manufacturer warrantee on the device. Any claim for a defective device is the responsibility of the winner to make with Apple INC.
